Spring has arrived here again. Most of the snow has melted from the last snowstorm. We have been getting a lot of rain lately, to our wet basement's chagrin, but we are just happy is not snow falling. Zachary recently reconfigured our basement sump pump and its been working out much better than before, keeping ahead of the excess water seeping in.While outside today, I noticed a few signs of spring peeping out from their winter cover. Bold little crocuses.
Our strawberry bed is coming to life.
Daylily shoots.
Buds from the lilac trees.
Lots of groggy insects sunning themselves, including hornets.
