Work has restarted back in the master bathroom. We gutted it in
late July, shortly before moving in, to keep the mess to a minimum when we would be ready to tackle it. Of course it is still messy working in there, just less than it could have been at this point.

Zachary re-drywalled the entire bathroom with mildew/mold resistant board, and added new normal drywall where needed in the attached walk through closet.

The bathroom drywall is a nice sea green color, compared to white. We haven't decided on a color theme in there, but a sea green color is in the running now.

Zachary framed out the shower stall, where the old tub/shower was, so he didn't have to move plumbing.
He installed small moisture friendly can lights in the shower and cement board on the walls for tiling later.

Since these pictures, Zachary has finished drywall mudding and sanding, and is ready for the next step, painting and flooring.
