My beloved purse is starting to show its wear. I got it 3-4 years ago from
the Simple Shoes company. It is made from jute and wool. Zachary calls it my
hippie bag. It reflects my green-conscious-sorta attitude. The strap is
starting to fray and unravel. Not sure if it is normal wear or a naughty cat
was feeling munchy (Diogenes...) The other day I actually read the tag
inside the bag, and it made me laugh. I think more goods need to be upfront
with the consumer. Just tell me how it is.
"...this bag will fade, wrinkle, and generally wear out over time...kinda
like you. live with it"

A Defeating Snow
We are still alive, been quiet bloggy wise lately. Can't believe it been
nearly a month past since my last post. Got to work on that...
Zachary and I have battled with colds, done taxes, and feasted on Netflix
and WoW; and now very ready for Spring to come. And it has been the last 2
weeks, with melting snow and Maggie's muddy paw prints in the house.
And then you get days like today, looking out the car window.
That sets Spring's progress back a few more days. sigh...
